Just before Christmas, I reported that Madewell would be opening a boutique at Bethesda Row. Yesterday, the chain posted "Coming Soon" window screens at the storefront. Located at 4838 Bethesda Avenue, this space was just vacated by Nando's PERi-PERi. Madewell is expected to open this summer
