Starting today, "construction activities" at the Cordell-St. Elmo Public Parking Garage 40 at 4935 St. Elmo Avenue in Bethesda will impact access to some facilities inside. Between now and April 20, 2023, access to the elevators and pay stations on the St. Elmo side of the garage may be limited or blocked at times, according to the Montgomery County Department of Transportation. MCDOT did not specify what the construction project involves.
