How affected. Bethesda's parvenus will gobble it up.
I miss the lyricism of old-fashioned development contrivances:
*The Landings at Georgetown
*The Glen at Georgetown Heights
*The Sanctuary at Nouveau Riche
So, "The Narrative" will have only eight stories?
The Narrative? Wow....
I'm stunned at how awful that is.
I'll add to the narrative: The daily clanging of steel and running cement trucks deprives me and not be of much needed sleep and quiet time even with my windows closed.

I hear you. I used to live in Topaz House on East West Highway. The office building next door
would do its noisy construction work at night so as not to disturb its own tenants. The idea of an agreed upon time of quiet is gone. It's something for planners to think about.

No, it's not.
Name has been changed to 'The Cecil'
