As long as it doesn't use public money as EV's already evade road taxes in MD.
FYI, MD gets a majority of electricity from fossil fuels which includes coal. Also good that Palisades has a fossil-fueled generator!
Is it free to charge? If so, the cheapskate Tesla owners should flock there!
