Montgomery County police responded to a pickpocket incident in North Bethesda Wednesday evening, July 12, 2023. The pocket was picked at a restaurant in the 10200 block of Old Georgetown Road at 7:51 PM. Two hours earlier, a pocket was picked at a salon in the Shops at Sumner Place. Watch your wallet!

He's talking about the majority population when he was a young person in Bethesda, when america was supposedly great, and transplants are populations rising since. 6:33: "That's why I mentioned "blatant thievery". The highest strong arm type in my experience is where rich and poor intersect. ie University City area Philadelphia. Yes there is plenty of strong arm crime of all types in poor areas.
5:16 It's due to people of whatever extraction who don't want to work or don't know how and feel entitled. Not only street level. But the street level is the type that destroys the quality of life for everyone.
