Montgomery County police responded to a report of a 2nd-degree assault at The Bethesdan hotel late Friday afternoon, August 9, 2024. At least five police cruisers pulled up at the hotel, which is located at 8120 Wisconsin Avenue, in response to the call. Officers were seen speaking to an individual outside of the building. The assault was reported at 5:56 PM Friday.

That sidewalk is basically the homeless hangout...
Sure we all know about Bethesda but just imagine driving South along Wisconsin, you could get into DC before you see anywhere compelling. Coming in via River Road is even worse. We are just two precarious tiny lobes of fleeting businesses all sharing high rents.
