Gboyinde Onijala, a senior communications specialist with MCPS' Department of Public Information, said that the Breathalyzer tests were administered by Montgomery County police officers. Officials did not say how students who were determined to be under the influence were punished.

12 BCC students given Breathalyzer test at Homecoming dance
After all the controversy over alcohol consumption by some students attending the Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School prom this year, and fallout over their punishment being overturned by then-Montgomery County Public Schools superintendent Larry Bowers, how did things go at the BCC Homecoming dance this past Saturday? Twelve students were pulled aside by MCPS security, who determined they smelled of alcohol upon their arrival at the event, according to an MCPS spokesperson.

Your Mom should give you a breathalyzer test when you return from your wee/hours wanderings.
Anything after 4:30pm is "wee hours" for 6:19AM.
That's when his interns and freelancers are sent home for the day.
1 minute. LOL
Looks like "Elm" has the morning shift.
6:39 AM Hey, news ends at 4:30 when the interns go home. Gotta be up early!
Nothing good happens in Bethesda after 5!
Elm- seriously get a life and go herd squirrels. You are worse than Dyer
We have determined that "Elm" is a bad nut. If encountered, he will be sent to the incinerator like Veruca Salt.
The students were most likely punished by having to read this blog
Students at BCC have always told me they find it weird that a local community member and non-faculty person consistently volunteers to chaperone the freshman entrance at the dance
I see the trollathon is in full swing. I fear his jealousy of Dyer may cause him to give up on the world and his meaningless life. Should we post a suicide hotline number?
8:23 AM Readers have begged the anonymous nut to get help. Is he still hiding behind that hideous Bethesda metro plaza public art avi?
I would hate to be working a suicide hotline when Dyer called. I would have a serious conflict of interest.
If I saw his number on the Caller ID, O would answer, "Hello, you have reached Peaceful Tomorrow's Euthanasia Clinic. How may I help you?
8:42 AM County employee joking about suicide? Lovely. How low will the MoCo Council and staff go?
Robert Dyer is performing a real service with this blog, and clearly expending a lot of time, care, and energy to do so, all at no cost to any of his readers.
Is it really necessary to clutter up his blog with all of your offensive comments, now including a new low--suicide "jokes"?
Is the anonymous nut an angry former "competitor" of Dyer in local legacy media, part of Council staff, or both?
Local print magazine + County Council = more of the same
