Just as Bethesda's condo market is heating up, with half of Hampden Row pre-sold and 400 prospective buyers showing up for the Cheval Bethesda, here's an update on another building in the ultra-luxury tier - Stonehall Bethesda. Stonehall is being developed by Duball, LLC, which is also building the Cheval. Sales are being handled by McWilliams Ballard.
There will only be 46 units in the building, located at the corner of Woodmont Avenue and Battery Lane. A 24-hour Harris Teeter is located directly across the street. Units include 2-bedroom condos from the $800,000s, 3-bedrooms from $1.7 million, and penthouses starting at $2.3 million.
An interesting point about the Stonehall - there has been some discussion on Facebook recently about new buildings not having drop-off driveways. Stonehall will have a covered driveway along Woodmont Avenue.

"the wealthy are fleeing tax-weary, economically-moribund Montgomery County in great numbers"
Just give up and admit you don't know what you're talking about.
