Fountains activated at Bethesda Metro Center (Video+photo)

A sure sign of summer approaching in Bethesda is the activation of the fountains at Bethesda Metro Center. The fountain at Veterans Park has been operating for several weeks already, as well.

I see sunshine in these photos. What day were they taken?

I googled "Bethesda News" and I saw Robert was the 7th result. Not too shabby if you ask me ;)

Why do you keep googling "Bethesda News?"

I googled "Robert Dyer" and Bethesda Magazine was the 7th result. No lie.

4th result actually. What would you search on google for bethesda news other than Bethesda news?

Dyer is providing a great service for small businesses to advertise to the Bethesda community. And they don't have to buy a print ad! Much more efficient and affordable.

12:37 PM Since this site is just focused on Bethesda, then it would have the largest % of Bethesda residents specifically since I'm not aware of another active site that is only focused on Bethesda.

2:07: That's correct. Bethesda Magazine has inflated numbers from the national traffic they get from their clickbait articles in Google News about "Donald Trump," the teen suicide TV show, "Jimmy Kimmel love child," etc.

So if you buy an ad for your local business there, a large percentage of people reading it live 1000 miles away. Whereas nearly everyone seeing your ad on my site lives close to your Bethesda business in Bethesda.

So, again, if the small and slightly-failing magazine doesn't stop lying about me, I'm going to start telling the truth about them.

Really? Yes-men and paid commenters? Have you any shame?

So you are claiming that the only people who read your blog are Bethesda readers, therefore you have a 100% Bethesda readership meaning you did not make a false claim. Or are you claiming that the 200k extra readers that Bethesda Magazine has is actually inflated and you have more unique visitors than they do, meaning you have a higher percentage of readers than Bethesda Magazine?

I could see the first as being the more reasonable and I believe that is what you are trying to say, I am just curious.

Reportedly, much of Bethesda Magazine's traffic is non-human. In other words, bots.
You can fudge numbers and apparently they are.

Ahhh, so hopefully if Robert's claim is true and he isn't just making up reasons why his blog is behind, Google and other's who police this sort of fake traffic goes to and Robert can move up in rankings.
