West Lane Apartments project reaches street-level in Bethesda (Photos)

The West Lane Apartments have reached a major milestone in their construction, now having risen to street level on West Lane, just off of Montgomery Lane in downtown Bethesda. A seven-story building with with 112 units (15% of which will be affordable), it not surprisingly has a walk score of 99.

Building features will include a 2-level underground parking garage, a gym, a terrace bar, and the ubiquitous rooftop deck. SJG Properties is the developer, SK+I is the architecture firm, and Clark Construction is the contractor.

I love Dyer's crime blotter.
With the Gazette dead, I read crime reports here.
