Loft at 4935 gets its own sign (Photos)

Most attention is on the conversion of the ground floor of 4935 Cordell Avenue into George's Chophouse, expected to open in September. But the Loft at 4935 lounge upstairs is still open, and is now getting its own sign on the second level of the front facade.

Hmmm... looks like Dyer's work shift just ended.

Seriously. I said I like his updates. The building looks cool. How come it says "(photos)" in the post title?

No sock puppet comments in three days, and Dyer himself has commented only four times.

This place is probably the best nightlife location in Bethesda. Union Jack's was good before they became that beer place. Parva is gone, and Tommy Joe's is a bit too frat-boy-ish.

They even have VIP table service, and pricing is reasonable for the area. I think it was $250 for bottle + mixers included.

Cordell seems to be transforming into the nightlife road in Bethesda. You've got 4935 Loft, then Caddie's and Gringo's across the street, and Tommy Joe's up the road.

Dyer's reporting has really dropped off since the MoCo Machine stopped spoon-feeding him crime reports and the friends of the cemetery found out he's a white supremacist.

"Best nightlife location in Bethesda" - that's a joke, right? $250 is idiotic, especially in Bethesda.
