There's more bad news for bagel lovers besides the ice age currently hitting Bethesda. Bethesda Bagels at 4819 Bethesda Avenue will temporarily close on January 14 for renovations, according to a sign posted at the restaurant this weekend. The renovations are expected to take six weeks, so come up with a backup plan now.

Oh I love bethesda bagels. Hopefully they can hurry up with the renovations by working at night. I remember my girlfriend lived at Fairmont plaza and the 7-11 was tile cutting all through the night.
Does this mean open for business through Saturday, then closed on Sunday?
