10710 Falls Road, currently home to Normandie Farm restaurant, is being marketed for lease by Rappaport Co. Normandie Farm is still operating and open for business. But its historic 10,426 square foot building is available for lease as restaurant or retail space.
The online listing notes that 19,231 vehicles pass by the property on Falls Road each day, and the affluent surroundings. Normandie Farm has been in operation since 1931.
