The interior of Melina, the new Greek restaurant in the ground floor of the 909 Rose office building on Rockville Pike at Pike & Rose, is beginning to resemble an actual dining room. White finishes with brown accents currently dominate the space, and light fixtures have been installed. Melina is the latest venture from the creators of the local CAVA restaurant empire, and is expected to debut this fall.

Great addition. But how in the world can they fit anything more at P&R?
This is in the base of a large new office building, next to a brand new parking deck. Plus there is lots of planned future buildings at Pike & Rose. I would guess that only 50% of the nine block site is currently developed.
7:18: Yes, all of those parking lots and the Bark Social site north of Prose Street will be developed in the future.
Even still, it's amazing that that much room still exists to be developed.
