Arlington Road, Edgemoor Lane resurfaced around Maizon Bethesda apartments (Photos)

Is it real, or just a dream? Arlington Road between Edgemoor Lane and Moorland Lane has been in third-world shape for several years, due to damage incurred during the construction of the Maizon Bethesda apartments. But it has finally been resurfaced now that work is wrapping up at the Maizon site. So has Edgemoor Lane alongside the new building.

They finally did it. However, there's substantial pavement damage at the southwest corner of Wilson Lane and Arlington Road. Making a right turn from Wilson Lane onto southbound Arlington Road is a miserable experience.

Robert: Have any clout to get a crew to fix this part of the roadway? It's right on the edge of the State Highway (Maryland Route 188/Wilson Lane) and the Montgomery County roadway (Arlington Road) border, so perhaps they're both waiting for the other to fix it.

It's real, and it's wonderful!! Hoping that we'll get timed signal lights along the whole long stretch from Bradley to 187 soon. That'll be a life changer.

It doesn't take clout to fix potholes. Both the state and county fix them within 48 hours if you report it to them.

@5:34 PM: This was reported to both the State and the County over a month ago. Still not fixed.
