Chopt opens on Bethesda Avenue (Photos)

Chopt is "now chopping" across from Bethesda Row. The salad eatery has opened in the ground floor of the Flats at Bethesda Avenue luxury apartments, on the side of the building that faces the Capital Crescent Trail.

Along with the regular menu, they also have a set of Destination Salads that change every 30 days. So you have only a few more days to try out the featured Destination Salads for this month.

The Chopt menu also features salad sandwiches.

What's a salad sandwich? Never heard the term before.

Dyer review request: The Berkeley Bowl.

That is all.

Chopt (a national chain) has noting on Sweetgreen (local chain). Over the years I have determined Sweetgreen to be the better salad place. Although, I have encountered "off days " in terms of quality at the Bethesda location; I have never had that at their other locations like the original in Georgetown.

What a ridiculous stream of meaningless photos.

I like the photos. Shows what to expect, nothing too lame or redundant.

Thanks, Robert
