A slick logo sign for a restaurant on the cutting-edge of hospitality was installed yesterday at Ensemble, the new ghost kitchen concept at 4856 Cordell Avenue in downtown Bethesda. Ensemble is the latest venture by Steve Salis, the man behind numerous DC-area success stories like &pizza, Ted's Bulletin and Federalist Pig. It will feature entrees and appetizers from restaurant chains he currently owns, such as the latter two mentioned here, at a small space geared toward takeout and delivery rather than sit-down dining.
