Lights have been installed and activated on a staircase on the the plaza at Carr Properties' 7272 Wisconsin Avenue development, which includes The Wilson office tower and The Elm residential high-rise. You can see the rendering from several years ago on a previous article I wrote, but in real-life finished form, it is much more visually impressive. At night, I can't help but imagine Darth Vader at the top of these stairs with their Empire Strikes Back Cloud City vibe.
