Wasn't this site designated for redevelopment along with the Uncle Julio's into a new residential tower? How long can we expect it to be there for given that?
Nice to see that corner of Bethesda Row get a nice tenant. Seems like a great fit for the area.

The new residential/retail tower on that site has not even been fully entitled, so it will be at least a few years before they need to move out. Once a project is fully approved, it still needs a long period of time to design, engineer, bid and award before any demo would normally occur, especially if they already have a tenant.
