McCormick Paints will open a new store at 5268 Nicholson Lane at White Flint Plaza. McCormick has an existing location on Lewis Avenue in Rockville. The new store is expected to open in early 2023. It will face competition from a nearby and also-new Sherwin-Williams store.

At least it's not another moribund bank branch.
Also it's good competition for the overpriced paint store on Bethesda Row.
