The Montgomery County Waverly Public Parking Garage 47 has fully reopened to the public at 7401 Waverly Street, in downtown Bethesda. A major rehabilitation project at the garage fell behind schedule over the last two years. The work included a full replacement of each concrete parking deck, as well as of the plumbing, electrical and lighting systems.

You never posted my comment about the garage reopening and then 2 days later we have an "incident" in the Wayne Ave parking garage proving my point. Whatever your reason, my observation was spot-on, just at a different location. Btw, I don't troll, I just vent my spleen and am very astute.
