The new canopy structures on the fountain plaza at Bethesda Row survived the thunderstorm this past weekend. Construction fencing around it...not so much. The temporary collapse of the barricades gave an even better view of the work going on, which will include a new interactive fountain, additional seating, and landscaping. Work was supposed to be finished in late July, but the pace of construction has picked up in recent weeks.
