Progress continues at the Bethesda Row Lot 31 construction site. "The Pit" is all lit up at night. What you're seeing down there is the foundation and lowest levels of the massive 900-space public parking garage. This garage will lie beneath The Darcy luxury condos, The Flats luxury apartments, and the reconfigured (but not luxury) Woodmont Avenue, south of Bethesda Avenue.
