Cheesecake Factory fanatics are on the outside looking in - literally - after Westfield construction workers punched a large hole in one of the future restaurant's exterior walls. This was planned, of course, although the specific reason for the exterior demolition has not been publicly stated.
Educated guesses might include:
A) Exterior bumpouts of the space, just as has already begun along the wall between the restaurant and the corridor inside. This would add square footage for the typically large-scale Cheesecake Factory.
B) Outdoor patio extension.
C) Wall renovation to add exterior windows.
D) A combination of A, B, and/or C.
On the inside of the mall, more signage has been installed. Big expectations require big banners, with oversize photos of menu items.
