Where to dine in Bethesda for Korean Food Week 2015

This is Korean Food Week 2015, through October 4 (also known as K-Food Week), a joint venture between the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the USA and the aT Center (Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation). Korean food fanatics will recognize some of the big names in the DC area - Honey Pig, for example.

But there are only 2 Maryland restaurants participating in the event. One is House of Milae right here in downtown Bethesda at 4932 St. Elmo Avenue. You can print out a 10%-off coupon on the official K-Food Week website.

It would have been nice to know what and where the other restaurant is.

Another awful photo. You can barely read the signs or anything on House of Milae.

Wow only two restaurants participating? What's the point then? Terrible. There are sole good Korean places too. Shame this kind of event could really showcase the great Korean food in MD. Two places. SMH.

The website shows three restaurants participating in Northern Virginia, one in north Philadephia, one in Manhattan, and one in Atlanta. Weird distribution.

Something like this should be pretty much every Korean restaurant to make it work.

There are four Honey Pig locations in the Washington-Baltimore area, yet only one of them is listed on the K-Food Week site. Curiouser and curiouser.
