Bethesda construction update: Pike & Rose Phase 2 (Photos)

Two new residential buildings and a stand-alone REI retail store are far along in the construction process, as Phase 2 of Federal Realty's Pike & Rose development continues in North Bethesda's Pike District. The Henri, a mixed-use apartment building over retail that includes H&M, and the Canopy by Hilton hotel/930 Rose luxury condos building, are rising high over Grand Park Avenue, with the latter just having topped out in the last week. One other building difficult to photograph at the moment is one of the most anticipated - Pinstripes.

Do you know when Pinstipes may open other than "coming in 2017"?

Looking forward to Pinstripes!
Westfield Montgomery vs. Pike & Rose again, just like the movie theaters!

The "Deadmall" crowd always want us to forget Tysons, Mazza Gallerie, Ellsworth Place, Westfield Wheaton, Westfield Montgomery, etc.

That's not even 10% of the malls operating in the Washington area 10 years ago.
