My detective work has proven correct - the Woodmont Triangle is indeed
getting a new ice cream shop. Jeff's Best Soft Serve Ice Cream is now confirmed to be opening at 8004 Norfolk Avenue. The shop is really just a machine, though. Self-serve soft-serve. But it promises to be richer than other ice creams due to the higher milkfat content.

I do not like chocolate soft serve ice cream.
It reminds me too much of diarrhea.
You're a great detective. Problem is, that part of Bethesda is not completely but is mostly dead in the evening. I think this place sounds incredible but will enough people find out and come in big enough numbers. That's a lot of soft serve needed to pay that rent.
