Bowlero reopens in Bethesda
With the loosening of capacity restrictions in Montgomery County, Bowlero has reopened at 5353 Westbard Avenue in Bethesda. Please note that Bowlero is not open on Mondays and Tuesdays under its current operating hours. The bowling center has implemented new Covid-19 protocols, including limiting the number of people per bowling lane to six, disinfecting bowling balls and shoes, and removing some furniture to allow for social distancing.

In recent years, that place has changed hands at least 4 times. How in the world wide of sports can a bowling alley survive during this time? That entire strip needs to be blown up. Haven't you reported before about the Westbard Master Plan? That can't survive long term. That's over ripe for development.
5:59: Bowlero's lease runs until 2027, so unless they reach an agreement with Regency Centers to exit early, their site can't be redeveloped until then.
Ok. Thanks.
