Part of the surface parking lot outside the Crescent Gateway building and CVS Pharmacy on Arlington Road was blocked off for an unannounced project as of Thursday night. There was still parking available in the lot and in the garage, and all businesses remained open.

I think they were fixing the pavement where they had done utility work recently.
