Tandoori Nights has closed at Bethesda Row. Signage was removed from the exterior yesterday, and the interior is at least partially cleared out. Tandoori Nights had posted on social media that it would be temporarily closed late last week without citing a reason. Bethesda Magazine's Dan Schere reports that the restaurant will be replaced with a furniture store called Room & Board.

A home furnishings store.... That's the kind of Bethesda nightlife we're looking for. I guess it could have been worse if it was another bank branch.
