Lighted sign installed at The Elm in Bethesda + a look at Elm Street today (Photos)

A lighted sign for The Elm has been attached to the new downtown Bethesda apartment tower, facing Wisconsin Avenue for maximum exposure. However, it is modest in size in proportion to the building. Last night, it was lit up. The Elm is located at 4710 Elm Street. Meanwhile, most of Elm Street remains closed between Wisconsin and Woodmont Avenue.

Having no street trees along that section of Elm St looks super wonky. I guess it's necessary because of all those vent grates (that I suppose are related to the purple line and metro entrance?)?
