It looks like Tropical Smoothie Cafe isn't the only downtown Bethesda business still celebrating Mardi Gras. The familiar colors of the carnival season in New Orleans are glowing on the facade of the Hyatt Regency Bethesda hotel at 7400 Wisconsin Avenue.
