Sidewalk reopens in front of 7900 Wisconsin in Bethesda (Video+Photos)

After several years of being closed for construction, the sidewalk in front of 7900 Wisconsin Avenue has been reopened. Part of the new pedestrian plaza cut-through beneath the building, branded by developer JBG Smith as 8001 Woodmont, is also accessible from Wisconsin.

This is also allowing the first up-close look underneath the mirrored ceiling of the pass-though, in addition to the plaza itself. And at the garage door on Wisconsin, where vehicles will exit from underneath the building; they will enter from the Woodmont Avenue side.

The 8001 Woodmont website now shows floor plans, but not rental rates yet.
