New Bethesda Starbucks construction update (Photos)
Construction on the new Starbucks at 7200 Wisconsin Avenue is still in the very early stages. An existing location across Bethesda Avenue from this spot is likely to close in the future when that site is redeveloped as a high-rise.

Any idea if this will be opened as one of Starbuck’s Reserve stores? Starbucks has indicating that they are rolling out many new Reserve stores in premier locations. These stores typically include extra menu items and more varieties of pour over and cold brew coffees. They also often include large fireplaces and special copper finishes and leather seating. I wonder if JBG Smith managed to get them to put in a nice flagship store to compete with Tatte, Phillz, Joe &The Juice, Dolchezza, Quartermaine and Paul?
