Hair by PAABO at 7700-G Wisconsin Avenue at Bethesda Place has permanently closed. The salon had a long run, first opening in 1985. That alone is something to be proud of, in a jurisdiction with such a hostile business climate as Montgomery County has. Hair by PAABO also had a 4.5-star rating on Yelp, and a 4.9 out of 5 on Google and Facebook.

Poorly visible from the street, and an inconvenient walk from any parking nearby. I'm amazed that this place has lasted almost four decades.

You can park underground and walk 1 minute across the skywalk directly accessible from elevator
