Sadly, they could not accommodate Dyer's schedule by holding the ceremony at 3 AM.
This will bring low-income criminals and miscreants to the block. I oppose this.

While Dyer has a picture of an empty tent at 3 AM, news sites actually have pictures of the ceremony.
5:39: This story published at 8:30 AM - two hours before the ceremony. So - duh! - it hadn't taken place yet.

Why does it say 5:30 PST instead of
8:30 eST? Isn't dyer a local?
Wait what? I always thought Dyer was just up and posting his scoops really really early. So his time stamps are pretending to be earlier?
