What does Dyer actually do for a living?
Despite how it feels, Bethesda and Montgomery county are not perfect. How else can you explain a world where a smart, progressive toy store like Tugoh Toys closes while an eyesore dumping of problematic sweat-shop merchandise manages to reopen.
