Storm J closes, Smart Toys reopens at Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda

International soccer apparel shop Storm J has closed at Westfield Montgomery Mall. It opened last summer. Meanwhile, Smart Toys has reopened after a mysterious - but apparently temporary - closure.

Despite how it feels, Bethesda and Montgomery county are not perfect. How else can you explain a world where a smart, progressive toy store like Tugoh Toys closes while an eyesore dumping of problematic sweat-shop merchandise manages to reopen.
