A major milestone has just been reached in the construction of the ultra-luxury Stonehall Bethesda condominium project at the corner of Woodmont Avenue and Battery Lane. Construction has "topped out," meaning the structure has reached its full 10-story height. You'll notice the rounded shape of the prized corner units has become more apparent since my last update.
There will only be 46 units in the building, located at the corner of Woodmont Avenue and Battery Lane. A 24-hour Harris Teeter is located directly across the street. Units include 2-bedroom condos from the $800,000s, 3-bedrooms from $1.7 million, and penthouses starting at $2.3 million.
Stonehall is being developed by Duball, LLC, which is also building the Cheval. Sales are being handled by McWilliams Ballard. The Stonehall sales office is located at 7706 Woodmont Avenue, and is open from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.

11:40: Sorry, dumpster-diving hobo, but the biggest story of the year was the passage of term limits, which I was the first media outlet to report in the whole region. Other biggest story? The closure of Regal Cinemas. First reported on my site. In fact, just the last few weeks alone have been other websites slowly reporting all the scoops I've published days or weeks beforehand.

As a Harris Teeter bagger boy and produce stacker I am so excited about these new luxury condos so close to my work.. I hope I qualify for one of those penthouse corner units with the awesome views!
