Of course it was. In the past few years, thousands of Elrich voters have had their own cars stolen or have watched others have their cars stolen in MoCo, and they simply don't care. They still voted for him again. Congratulations!

Google (Houston, Restaurant, robber waving gun) and that end result really needs to start happening here now in those exact or similar situations. Nothing like playing stupid games win stupid prizes to think your plan through. And don't bombard me with the tired mantra of "no property is worth talking someone's life", because it IS. People's property is not for you to take at will with a gun, and that also goes for intellectual property and emotional well-being and stability. If you scare me and or steal from me you should absolutely be risking death and aware you are doing so the moment you leave out the hole from whence you stay.

@5:39PM - That vigilante is a coward. He, and all the victims, left the scene, not brave enough to take the blame for murder. I don't care if he was in the right, perhaps, stick around, don't flee the scene you helped glorify. Oh, and btw, the perp was using a toy gun.

Hey, it's just a car, just don't touch the file folders next to my Corvette.

@9:09 Toy gun has nothing to do with the anything. He put the quarters in the jukebox and probably took the room temperature challenge after the first four shots. If the grand jury decides to charge, that will likely come into play. That said, the shooter should have stayed.

You may not sympathize with the shooter, but no one should shed a tear for the perp.
