There are "signs" of the newest tenants of the ground floor retail space at the new Chevy Chase Lake development getting closer to opening. Superfood cafe Playa Bowls has installed its permanent signage over the storefront, and on the windows and doors. Craft beer and fine wine shop and tasting lounge Uncorked has also posted "coming soon" signage in its front window. They will soon join Amazon Fresh and Truist at the property. Future additions include restaurant Elena James, CVS Pharmacy and The Charmery.
