That photograph speaks volumes about the area: a tattoo shop, a hamburger place that has vacated the premises, and a flea market offering life-sized Buddhas and four-foot porcelain Louis XIV busts for the discerning arriviste.
Wouldn't be surprised if Surfside (who is taking over BGR) expands into this space. Could install a nice little bar area.
That's the old skate shop space. Is that a record closure? They definitely were not there a year. As was said, Bo Blair and his team with Surfside, should absolutely take that space. That's gonna be a great addition to Woodmont.
Agree on Surfside
Skate shop is still there and very awesome, the area needs a small burst of life though, great outdoor space and high traffic. The antique shop seems to have very expensive junk (well at least stuff that is not my taste)
