What is Assault and Battery on Battery Lane?
Good thing the cops are one block over lol
Any description or details about the perp?
Ride-On or Trolley (Circulator)? Whitehall end or closer to Harris Teeter? -- If this was indeed directly in front of my building, "I'ma gon' do what that dude in Baltimore been doing at the bus stop standing guard sentry..."
4900 block is by the trolly trail. Likely the circulator bus stop.
Is spanking still legal in MoCoCounty or is it now considered "second-degree assault"?
@957 Somebody spanked an unruly child at the park. I wouldn't be surprised. I've seen a few youngsters cursing at the top of their lungs at that park that I'd spank if they were mine to spank. Don't get me started on the screamers too. There is a vocal pitch that should be outlawed just like gas leaf blowers.
