With the exception of The Flats (Silver and Paul's Bakery) and 8001 Woodmont (Whole Foods and Orange Theory) - why are all the businesses opening in these new apartment buildings so terrible?
It's been this way ever since the Lionsgate opened 15+ years ago.
The owners of True Food, Antony’s Pizza, Medium Rare, Hawkers, Poke Dojo and others on Bethesda Lane might disagree. Since there are so many cheaper retail and restaurant spaces available, especially in the Woodmont Triangle, I imagine many of these Class A retail spaces are more expensive to lease.
