Long & Foster, like many businesses since 2020, continues to downsize its office space in downtown Bethesda. Recently, the real estate firm moved its 4650 East-West Highway office into Avocet Tower a short distance away. Now it has also consolidated another downtown office, this one at 7700 Old Georgetown Road, into the same Avocet Tower office. It was exactly ten years ago that Long & Foster moved from Bethesda Avenue into 7700 Old Georgetown, a move made memorable by neighbors' complaints about the middle-of-the-night moving van noise.

Nice to see that even 10 years ago people around here were complaining about even the most minor of inconveniences. Some things never change.
