In other Chevy Chase Lake news, construction continues on the main plaza of the development. Art installations are being installed, as well as seating areas. Renderings show outdoor movies projected on a giant screen on the plaza during the summer. A streetcar will also reportedly be put on display, in a nod to the property's former use as a streetcar amusement park. Signage is now up at wine bar Uncorked.
