Foulger-Pratt's new development at 10401 Motor City Drive, The Rae, is getting ready to welcome its first residents. Leasing is now underway at the property, which was formerly home to Ourisman Ford. Interestingly, since my last update, the branding appears to have dropped the "at Westlake" half of the name. And that extension had only been added on midway through construction, so we are back to just "The Rae," which I think sounds a lot better by itself.
The Rae is a shopper's paradise, located right by Westfield Montgomery Mall and the Home Depot Square shopping center. It holds 343 apartments, a 2-story fitness center, a coworking lounge, a pool, a pet spa, a club room, an interior courtyard, an outdoor fireplace, hammocks and barbecue grills. And you are walking distance to The Cheesecake Factory and Frank Pepe Pizzeria! It looks like The Rae is right on target to meet the anticipated Q3 2023 delivery window.

What an ugly building. Reminds me of Russian apartments in St Petersburg. And, built out almost to the curb.
That sounds very swanky. Why not report what they're asking, or is it a you can't afford it sort of thing. Ask Ms. Google. OK.
