I heard the commotion outside but wasn't sure what it was, since it happened in front of Barrel and Crow / Cal Tort and not Brickside or Tommy Joe's, even though the drinking likely happened in one of those locations. Police and Rescue were on the scene quickly.
The Cordell/Norfolk late-night noise has been much louder than in prior years. It may very well be Covid re-opening overindulgence. It doesn't seem wise considering the Police substation is so close but drunks don't think about that.
