UPDATE - 11:54 PM: Pepco is now reporting that power has been restored to all downtown Bethesda customers.
There are six power outages across downtown Bethesda at this hour, including one at Bethesda Row. A seventh is affecting Pepco customers in the Fairfax Road area between Little Falls Parkway and Bradley Boulevard. Bethesda Lane was pitch black, with only the Apple Store's backup-powered logo providing illumination. Not all businesses are affected, such as the Bethesda Row Giant, as you can see below.
A security guard at Bethesda Row said it was a Pepco system issue, and a Pepco crew arrived on-scene on Arlington Road a short time later. Pepco is estimating power will be restored at Bethesda Row by 1:00 AM. The other outages have varying estimated restoration times from 2:00 AM to 1:00 PM tomorrow afternoon.
