Construction is still in the early phase at the future Westbard Square development on Westbard Avenue in Bethesda. There are now large stacks of cinderblocks, and two concrete mixing units, on-site. Some concrete forms have been poured at ground level. Some look like they could be related to stormwater retention and management systems. This Phase 1 project, which includes the new Giant building, is scheduled for delivery in Q4 2023.

As an aside, I just recently noticed that you can see the new tall buildings in downtown Bethesda from the upper portion of the Westbard parking lot.
