Noisy nights ahead in Battery Lane area

The developer of the Stonehall Bethesda ultra-luxury condos has requested a noise waiver from Montgomery County's Department of Environmental Protection, to conduct utility work along Woodmont Avenue and Battery Lane. Because it will cause traffic delays, the work is being done at night.

That work is currently scheduled to begin January 4, and continue for the next 4 weeks between the hours of 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM daily.
